Readefine 2.3 is all about smoothing out various flaws in Readefine.

Added two new settings options: one to control the number of articles shown (helps speed up magazine view) and one to show all feeds (slow, but when you need it, you need it) in magazine view.

Finally, some crucial bug fixes: inflated total unread count due to folders, performance issue in specific wide-screen screen resolutions.
